Smile!

Finally, a second request, for StarVagrant! They requested their character, Frost D. Tart, in a silly jester costume.
And I know I promised to finish requests until the month's end (which was in Juny), but work was really stressful lately, so I had hard time getting to it. But I will hopefully finish last request soon, since my schedule is now back to what it was earlier!
